It was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with two AC units that kept everyone cool and comfortable even in nearly 100° heat. They had a great selection of games and fulfilled my request of keeping games at a specific age rating. The owner, Michael, was engaged with the kids, making sure everyone was having fun and knew how to play the games. Communication was excellent from the start. He even reached out several days before the party to confirm all the details, which gave us peace of mind. It is clear he truly cares about providing a great experience.
